Familial Alzheimer's Disease (FAD) is characterized by at least two first-degree affected relatives with Alzheimer's disease in two or more successive generations. It is estimated that patients of FAD overwhelm 500,000 in China. However, most FAD patients and their relatives do not get access to early diagnosis and intervention, as well as professional genetic counseling. The CFAN aims to provide a platform for professional medical advice and patient registry. It is a research platform for researchers of AD, which will push forward the scientific research of AD.
