1. Program Committee
Program Committee is composed of Prof. Jianping Jia(Project Leader of CFAN), the leaders of branch centres, and the secretaries of the branch centres. The main responsibilities of the Program Committee include:
1) To determine the goals and objectives of Chinese familial Alzheimer's Disease Network (CFAN).
2) To establish standardized study protocol for multicentre researches of FAD.
3) To establish quality control criteria for multicentre researches of FAD, organize quality control inspection, and review and approve annual report of Quality Control Committee.
4) To assess project progression, deliver general information of publication and research achievements.
5) To organize academic seminars regularly.
6) To promote the communication and cooperation of branch centres.
2. Steering Committee
Steering Committee is composed by world-renowned professors with great achievement and high reputation in AD research, who will engage in top design, academic and technological support for CFAN.

3. Quality Control Committee
The Quality Control Committee is responsible for the quality control of CFAN, and is leaded by the Program Committee The quality control group is responsible for the execution of the criteria
and guideline of CFAN, examining the consistency among centres, inspecting the quality of data annually, submitting quality report to the Program Committee, making suggestions on improvement of data quality, and releasing annual quality control report.

4. Biological Sample Review Board
The Biological Sample Review Board is responsible for instructing the site staff of the standardized procedures of sampling, transportation, storage, and analysis of biological sample. The Biological Sample Review Board inspects the collection and utilization of biological sample at regular interval, submit the inspection report of sample of the branch centres to the Program Committee.
